Rozgar ProjectBuilding Sustainable Livelihoods
The Ruzgar Project is UGR’s flagship livelihood initiative, created to help families move from day‑to‑day survival to long‑term stability. We provide the tools and training individuals need to earn a reliable income with dignity.
What We Do
The project equips deserving individuals with tailored Livelihood Kits based on their skills and local market needs:
- IRickshaw Provision: Motorized or cycle rickshaws for unemployed workers, enabling immediate income without rental costs.
- IFood Carts & Street Vending: Fully equipped carts with initial inventory and basic business training.
- ISmall Business Startup Support: Seed funding for trades like tailoring, repair shops, and small retail—covering deposits, equipment, and opening stock.
